“’Cause we’re moving on and we can’t slow down/ These memories are playing like a film without sound”

I graduated with a master's degree from my beloved University of Oulu, achieving a GPA of 5/5. These past two years spent here have been truly amazing, surrounded by a group of wonderful teachers and classmates. I thoroughly enjoyed my studies and life in Finland and would like to recommend it to everyone who is hesitating to make a decision to study here. 

I would like to give special thanks to my thesis supervisors, Prof. Saila Saraniemi and Prof. Eeva-Liisa Oikarinen, for their guidance in supervising my thesis titled "Chatbot Service Encounter: Diagnosing Favorable and Unfavorable Incidents".

Over the past three months, I completed an internship at the startup company Dailuge Inc., under the guidance of Harri Jylhä. I am delighted to have gained valuable insights into this industry, particularly in understanding how it operates during the COVID-19 pandemic and learning market reports. Despite the challenging times faced by the tourism industry, it has provided opportunities for virtual experiences! 

Throughout my internship, I actively contributed to the development of new project ideas, analyzed the market, established connections with potential partners, and managed the company's social media accounts. I am grateful for this invaluable experience to allow me to know this industry!

This was undoubtedly one of the most memorable experiences during my master's studies. I dedicated six months to studying at Kozminski University in Warsaw, Poland, with a GPA of 5/5. During my time there, I immersed myself in a new culture and language, forging connections with both local students and fellow exchange students from around the globe.

My journey at Kozminski University involved engaging in a multitude of study projects, presentations, exams, and of course, many parties. Among the various courses I took, my favorite was "Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Business," under the guidance of Prof. Aleksandra Przegalinska. This course not only introduced me to the fascinating world of AI but also ignited my interest in this area.
