This marks my inaugural experience assisting in showcasing our XR shopping project at the largest XR and emerging tech event in the Nordics, XR Match 2023. Beyond presenting our project, I am delighted to have the chance to explore XR initiatives from other organizations and engage with specialists in the XR field. This has not only allowed me to forge valuable network connections but has also provided fresh insights that I can apply to enhance my ongoing project.

This is my first time to be the co-chair for an international conference, and I am delighted to serve as the social activity chair, providing me the chance to engage with international scholars. This experience has not only granted me insights into the meticulous preparation and organization of an international conference but has also significantly enhanced my event organizing and social skills :)

I am glad to be involved in the funding application process instructed by my supervisors Prof. Juho Hamar and Prof. Nannan Xi. I was assisted in two projects in proposal writing and slide preparation, and both of them are related to the metaverse and sponsored by Business Finland. The results of both applications are positive, and I would like to express gratitude for these opportunities, which allowed me to learn how to write a proposal and prepare a presentation :)

This is the second time I to given a lecture to a master level student. Embarking on a guest lecture journey at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, I found immense joy in discussing the symbiotic relationship between gamification and marketing with master's level students. The session's brevity belied its impact, as the students actively engaged, revealing a palpable interest in the fusion of these concepts.

Recently, I had the privilege of presenting my paper titled 'Gamification and Marketing Management: A Literature Review and Future Agenda' at the prestigious Americas' Conference on Information Systems (AMCIS), which was awarded the top 25% out of the accepted papers. I also had the opportunity to participate in the Doctoral Consortium, which brought together accomplished researchers in the field of information systems. During this event, I engaged with fellow scholars, exchanged valuable insights on various topics, and gained a wealth of knowledge, with special thanks to Prof. Adriane B. Randolph. It was truly an enriching and awe-inspiring experience

I am pleased to present the abstract of my upcoming paper on NFT art purchases and consumer motivation at the 1st Annual Responsible Business Research Seminar held in Tampere. This event has aided me in refining my research design by discussing ideas with other researchers. Additionally, I have gained valuable insights into the current trends in sustainability research.

I am glad to have had the opportunity to deliver a guest lecture for the master-level course titled "Emerging Technology Adoption and Use", Faculty of Management and Business, at Tampere University, which is lead by Prof. Henri Pirkkalainen. The lecture focused on gamification and its application in marketing. This was a new experience for me, and I extend my gratitude to my colleague for their assistance in preparing the lecture materials. I look forward to the possibility of participating in more such opportunities in the future. :)
